I loved the user interaction and how easy it was to customize. Proloquo2Go is an easy to use communication app for people who cannot speak or need help being understood. Being completely new to Predictable, I found it extremely intuitive and easy to use. Proloquo includes LayoutKitchen, a powerful layout editor with which users can design their own speech panels with colorable and resizable buttons containing text and/or images in a variety of formats. Predictable : Predictable was brand new to me and came highly recommended by a mentor in the field. Proloquo can also act as a talking word processor and advanced speech engine for KeyStrokes on-screen keyboard and SwitchXS users. It’s FABULOUS and comes with a 1-Month Free Trial. It is designed for children with good vision and fine motor skills (basically any child who can navigate an iPad). While the same editing and backup options were available with Proloquo4Text which I do really like, there was something about how this app felt to use that I found difficult.ĭialogue AAC: I liked Dialogue AAC because I am familiar with Touch Chat, so navigating the app and programming were intuitive for me.
